Description
Suitable for general work on small and medium-sized metal surfaces, e.g. removing rough grinding traces, removing oxidation and light deburring work. Achieve matt and satin-finished surfaces.
POLIVLIES grit size 180 M = medium (red-brown)
The CDR clamping system has a threaded connection with male thread (plastic) on the tool side. Also suitable for the following commonly used systems: Roloc™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock-System B, Roll-On.
Advantages
- High economic efficiency as tool can be changed quickly.
- Very comfortable due to ease of use and low-vibration working.
- No disruptions in use due to adhesion, slipping or coming loose.
Recommendations for use
- Use COMBIDISC non-woven discs with an abrasive disc holder on flexible shaft drives with an angle handpiece, or small compressed-air or electric angle grinders.
- Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools.
- The addition of oil or water during grinding results in a finer finish, cooler grinding and longer tool life.
Ordering notes
- Please order the COMBIDISC abrasive disc holder separately.
