Shipping Policy

Delivery Area: The Boss Shop delivers products ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA

Delivery Terms and Conditions:
No goods over 10 Kg can be sent to a PO Box

During free shipping promotions, exclusions apply but are not limited to remote areas, islands. Items which exceed 1.06m length or over 9.9 kgs in weight may incur a shipping charge. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm any freight charges. The Boss Shop reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. You will be entitled to a refund or cancellation should you not wish to proceed with the order.

Upon finalising your online order, The Boss Shop will provide customers with two options for shipping during check out. These two options are either minimum amounts or come with conditions which you need to understand and if you are unsure we recommend you contact us for a exact freight quote before proceeding.

We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when shipping conditions change.
The Boss Shop reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit.


The Boss Shop does not include insurance as part of standard shipping, if you would like to include insurance please ensure you use the insurance option at the checkout. The Boss Shop does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance.

During 'free shipping' promotions, insurance is not part of the delivery and may be purchased separately.

Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the shipping company.

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods. The Boss Shop will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note has been signed.

Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Normal stocked items can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Freight and other administration costs cannot be returned. Special order items can only be returned on a case by case seniaro. We will need to talk to our suppliers to ensure that they are able to accept the returned items and we will pass on any costs related to the returning of the items including restocking fees and freight.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned to us within 15 Days of invoice and in new condition, If packaging is broken or items shows signs of use they cannot be returned.

SHIPPING for returns?
All freight costs for returning the items are at your expense.

Refunds on Returned or Cancelle orders
Refunds will be processed once the item is returned or order cancelled, and will be credit by the same payment method. The amount refunded will be less the charges imposed by the company that you have chosen to pay with. ie. If you paid by PayPal you will be refunded your payment less the fees Paypal charge us to accept your payment as they don't refund their fees charged to us.

Items can be returned to The Boss Shop, 152 Camooweal Street, Mount Isa, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packing and packaged in a way that it is not damaged in Transport.
