The Kestrel 5400 Heat Stress WBGT Meter measures wind speed, air flow, ambient temperature, relative humidity and pressure. Replaces the discontinued Kestrel 4400/4600. Includes Link software, vane mount attachment and compass.
This version of the Kestrel 5400 comes installed with Kestrell's Link software. It is designed to quickly and easily configure your data transmission frequency, download logged data, graph data and transfer data to other applications. It is no longer necessary to purchase an interface separately, the new Kestrel Meters with Bluetooth include the software necessary to communicate wirelessly at a range of up to 100 feet with a clear line of site.
A dongle is required to use all of the features of this model (sold separately under related accessories).

Kestrel meters from the USA do NOT come with a C-Tick, which is required to be imported to AU.
Warranty without a C-Tick will not be covered through the AU distributor/Reseller and will not be their responsibility. In order to receive a unit with the required C-Tick, you must purchase it from an authorized Australian retailer/distributor. You cannot purchase these meters in the USA or anywhere else. If a meter is shipped to you from the USA, you risk the meter being destroyed at customs.
All Kestrel meters supplied by our authorized Australian retailer/distributor come with a C-Tick and offer the full 5 year warranty.
