Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Normal stocked items can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.  Freight and other administration costs cannot be returned.  Special order items can only be returned on a case by case seniaro.  We will need to talk to our suppliers to ensure that they are able to accept the returned items and we will pass on any costs related to the returning of the items including restocking fees and freight.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned to us within 15 Days of invoice and in new condition, If packaging is broken or items shows signs of use they cannot be returned.

All items need to be returned to The Boss Shop, 152 Camooweal Street, Mount Isa Q 4825

SHIPPING for returns?
All freight costs for returning the items are at your expense.

CREDIT for returns?
Credits will be processed once the item is returned, and will be credit by the same payment method.  The amount refunded will be less the charges imposed by the company that you have chosen to pay with. ie. If you paid by PayPal you will be refunded your payment less the fees Paypal charge us to accept your payment as they don't refund their fees charged to us.

Instore return option?
Items can be returned to The Boss Shop, 152 Camooweal Street, Mount Isa, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packing and packaged in a way that it is not damaged in Transport.
